Thank you for purchasing from CaviCann. If you are not completely satisfied and would like to return a product, we want to make it a quick and simple process.
We have a 14-day return policy. Refunds will be processed immediately after we receive the product back at our office and will be applied directly to the method that was used to make the purchase.
Usually, refunds can take a couple of business days to completely process through the credit card systems after the refund has been initiated. If you have any questions regarding our return/refund process, feel free to email us at info@cavicann.com.
All opened/used products and all products/sales purchased during a CaviCann Special Promotion are final and are not subject to CaviCann standard refund/return policy. A Special Promotion is defined as any sale/promotion of a product, below the currently advertised MSRP.
